About us
We are a medical billing company.
Billsen Medical Billing handles billing, insurance credentialing, administrative staffing and marketing for independent practices in the United States. Providers hire us so the business side of the practice has an owner.
Why we started
Small practices lose money on paperwork, not on patient care.
Insurance rules change every year, staff turn over, and the billing work keeps arriving. In most small practices it lands on the provider or on one person at the front desk who already has a full day.
Software does not fix that. Someone has to read the denial, correct it, appeal it and call the insurance company back. Someone has to follow up on the enrollment application that stalled three weeks ago. That is the work we were built to do.
So we run as a service company. Billing first, then credentialing, staffing and marketing for practices that want them. One company, one account manager, and a login where you can check the status yourself.
What we do
- Medical billing and revenue cycle management
- Credentialing and payer enrollment
- Medical scribing and documentation support
- Virtual assistants and administrative support
- Website, SEO, Google Ads and social media
How we think
Principles that shape the work.
These aren't slogans. They decide how we onboard, what we report, and when we say no.
Accuracy before speed
A clean claim submitted correctly the first time beats a fast claim that comes back denied.
Visibility, always
You should never have to ask what's happening with your revenue. Reporting is standard, not a favor.
Real people on your account
You work with a team that knows your practice, your payers and your patterns.
Honest scope
We tell you what we can support and what we can't. No overpromising to win an engagement.
Who we're for
Built for independent practices.
Outpatient practices are the whole business, not a smaller version of an enterprise account.
- Providers planning or launching a new practice
- Solo providers carrying billing and admin alone
- Group practices adding providers and payers
- Behavioral health, primary care and dermatology focus
- Practices moving off in-house billing
- Practices leaving a billing company that stopped answering
Our commitment
Your practice should run better because we're in it.
Cleaner claims, fewer surprises, less administrative weight and clear visibility into the numbers that decide whether your practice thrives.
